THE JEREMY O’KEEFE TECHNIQUE

Own the room. Honor your art. Take your power back.

Jeremy will guide you through a no-BS, confidence-building approach that puts YOU and YOUR INNATE POWER  at the center of every audition.

His SIMPLE five-step technique is all about reframing where in your body the audition comes from. It’s about getting out of your own head, into your gut, clearing the noise, and learning how to work differently for the audition. How to work TRUTHFULLY.  How to feel LIMITLESS

This isn’t about trying harder. It’s about working smarter—and believing that who you are is already enough. Let’s get you back in the room with power, pride, and no more question marks.

What People are Saying About Working With Jeremy

  • "As actors we so often put casting directors on pedestals, and Jeremy squashed that authority feel from the get go, allowing us to just be humans on a journey together. His message of going through a scene "truthfully and authentically" 100% hit home. That is when I feel most free and what I strive for, yet at the same time it is sometimes a battle to let go of the doing, the "acting" as you put it. I appreciate the ways he taught us to find the POV, needs and actions to guide us, and then for us to just BE…His passion is contagious. I’m thankful for him for sharing that fire, for treating us as equals, for encouraging us and sharing his knowledge.”

    —Miranda Moore (CSI: NY)

  • "The first class I took with Jeremy, something clicked. He encouraged me to bring myself, all of myself, to every script. To trust that I was enough, to surrender to the knowledge that what made me unique would make the character shine. His approach is so intuitive and deeply personal, yet extremely applicable. I hope everyone gets to experience working with a teacher who is so incredible!”

—Briana Price (Horizon: Chapter 2, Shameless

  • "Jeremy brings the such jubilation and focus to class. He was initially just a random CD workshop I did. I expected little, really they’re a dime a dozen, but he delivered so much more. I truly feel I have never been a better actor than I am now, thanks to him, and I’m also aware how much more truthful and connected I can become. He reignited my curiosity and passion. It had been so long since I learned anything new about performing, that I forgot there was more to discover. But then Jeremy reminded me that this isn’t my final form, and that it can still feel like it did in the beginning."

    —Hayes Dunlap (The Countdown)

  • “Taking Jeremy’s class is the gift that keeps on giving for actors. Jeremy not only empowers his students to embrace their unique selves, but to learn that they are enough and special just as they are. Jeremy’s technique and approach to acting develops unshakeable confidence and allows students the freedom to listen to their instincts and their scene partner. Through my personal experience working with Jeremy, I can attest with complete certainty that I have grown into an actor that I am proud of. I have confidence in myself and my choices. I’m not afraid to take risks and acting has become so fun again. I’m immensely grateful to Jeremy and the technique he has developed; he is revolutionizing acting. You’ll definitely see me coming back to his class again and again!”

    —Skyler Easterbrook (The Dog)

  • "Jeremy came into my life at just the right time. I took a 2-part class with him and I spent almost the entire first class with tears running down my face. These were “I feel seen” tears, and “there IS a way to enjoy this” tears. At the time, I was not enjoying my craft. I have always worked hard at learning it but I still found it nerve wracking and painful. That being said, I am well studied and have certainly worked in the industry. Jeremy presented what we do and how we do it from a completely different perspective than I have ever been taught. It gave me a sense of relief to know that I have, and so does everyone, the answers from within. It gave me a sense of discovery and fun that I haven’t felt in a long time. There was even a classmate who said to me after class that while I am a good actor, using Jeremy’s technique, was the first time she saw ME. I am still learning while taking Jeremy’s ongoing class but I know that using his technique, I feel way more free and have the ability to explore. I am able to focus on what I need and how I’m going to get it. How that happens is truly unique and personal to me and my life experiences so there is no more “the right way,” to do it. I encourage you to explore Jeremy’s unique technique. For me, it’s been life changing."

—Diane Yang Kirk (Monsters: The Lyle & Erik Menendez Story,How I Met Your Father)

  • "I wanted to start by saying I have loved taking Jeremy’s classes. I was bummed to miss a few but honestly, Jeremy’s training was partly responsible. After delving into hismethodology, I booked four things in a row (hence why I missed those classes). One of the directors even cited my ability and effort to connect with my scene partner as one of the main reasons they booked me for the role."

    —Moriah Boone (Nawalt)

  • ""Jeremy takes my acting beyond a level where I thought it could go. Being good isn't good enough. Jeremy's technique transforms a good actor into a believable and compelling performer."

—Mary K Devault (Glee, Pushing Daisies, Modern Family,  Weeds)

  • "Jeremy's adjustments are spot on! It just amazes me how insightful he is. I only wish I could take him with me on all my auditions to ensure I make the strongest choices!"

—Nikki Tyler-Flynn (The King of Queens, Paul Blart: Mall Cop 2)
